AWIS LA-Ventura County Outreach Program is designed for groups of 2-3 women in science to give a 45 min interactive Powerpoint presentation to middle and high school students on how/why they became interested in science, the importance of science, how to get involved at a young age, and a short description of their research (at a very basic level).

Contact if interested in volunteering or learning more.

Please take a minute to fill out our Outreach Survey to indicate your interest to speak to junior high or high school students and give suggestions on new schools to contact.
